Colloboration
The Department of Chemistry has established several Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and maintains collaborations with reputed institutions and industries. Faculty members have delivered special lectures, and students from partner institutions have been invited to our campus. Additionally, faculty have visited various companies to strengthen industry connections. These collaborations have enabled students to undertake internships, and several academic projects have been successfully carried out in association with different industries.
INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS INTERACTION
As a part of the MoU signed with M/s. Intermed Pharma company, an interaction with industrial professionals was organized exclusively for the faculty members of the Department of Chemistry by visiting the company.
Dr. P. Udhayakala – Dean Chemistry delivered a special lecture to the students of Anna Adarsh College on the topic “Chemists as Entrepreneurs.” The session was highly engaging, with active interaction from the students. Dr. Udhayakala handled the discussion effectively, making the session both informative and inspiring
Few students of the department of Chemistry have attended the hand on training programme in the Intermed company where they have gained knowledge about the pharma details.
The students have also done their projects in the various fields in collaboration with the various Institutions and Industries.
