The Department of Data Science organized a one-week Technical Skill Training Program in collaboration with Red Hat, AWS, Cisco, and Microsoft AI from 9 December 2025 to 13 December 2025. The primary objective of the program was to enhance students’ technical competencies and provide hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools, platforms, and certification-oriented learning modules.

The training program witnessed enthusiastic participation from 620 students, reflecting a strong interest in professional skill development and emerging technologies. Expert trainers from the collaborating companies conducted the sessions, sharing practical insights and real-world industry experiences.

The sessions covered a wide range of topics including enterprise platforms, cloud computing services, networking solutions, system administration, and Artificial Intelligence applications. Students were introduced to current industry standards, best practices, and certification pathways that can support their academic progression and career growth.

The program also helped participants gain clarity about industry expectations, develop problem-solving abilities, and build confidence in applying technical knowledge to real-world scenarios. Interactive sessions, demonstrations, and practical discussions ensured an engaging and impactful learning experience.

At the conclusion of the training program, certificates were issued by the collaborating companies, adding significant value to the participants’ professional profiles and enhancing their employability prospects.
