Overview
Advanced Research Institute (ARI), is the Applied & Industrial Research Wing of Dr MGR ERI established in 2011 pooling the research strength of various departments. Over the years, ARI has demonstrated its competence with successful completion of R & D projects with DRDO Research Labs, ISRO, Ministry of Earth Sciences, Coir Board (Ministry of MSME) and host of private organisations. ARI has a strength of 50+ scientists with expertise in varied fields of science & engineering working as full-time & part-time Scientists and consultants. ARI has so far applied for 30+ patents in India and 1 patent in 5 foreign countries, out of which 13 patents have been already granted. ARI has also the credit of 3 designs and 1 Trademark registered in India.
