She introduced the resource person, Dr. Thenmozhi, an accomplished yoga trainer with over 15 years of experience in holistic health practices. Dr. Thenmozhi led the session with: A brief talk on the origin and evolution of yoga. Demonstration of basic asanas (postures) like Tadasana, Vrikshasana, and Bhujangasana.
