MoU Exchange Ceremony between Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL)

The Department of Data Science proudly organized the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Exchange Ceremony between Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) and Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute in the esteemed presence of our Hon’ble President on 23rd July 2026 organized by the Department of Data Science , marking a significant step towards strengthening industry–academia collaboration.
The MoU Exchange Ceremony was held in the presence of Er. A.C.S. Arun Kumar, Hon’ble President; Dr. C.B. Palanivelu, Registrar; Dr. D. Vishwanathan, Rector; Dr. N. Ethiraj, Dean – Engineering & Technology; Mrs. Kalpalatha Reddy, Additional Dean – Engineering & Technology; Mr. M. Sakthivel Murugan, Associate Manager, AVNL; Mr. Saveetha, Junior Works Manager, AVNL; Ms Banu, Deputy Manager, AVNL; Dr. T. Kirubadevi, Head, Department of Data Science; and the faculty members of the Department of Data Science.
The partnership aims to provide students with enhanced opportunities in industrial training, internships, skill development, collaborative research, innovation, and experiential learning. The initiative reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements, preparing students with the knowledge and practical skills needed for successful careers.
