The Department of Mechanical Engineering is deeply honored and privileged to have had the gracious presence of our Honorable President Sir for the inauguration of our *Centre of Excellence* titled *Centre for Green and Bio Materials Manufacturing* .

Our Honorable President Sir has inaugurated the Centre and took time to visit and appreciate the various state-of-the-art machinery and sample products developed using these advanced technologies. His presence and encouragement mean a great deal to us and have added immense value to this significant occasion.
