The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Chennai, was honoured with the “Kattral Award – Master Minds of Next-Gen Technology” presented by News18 Tamil Nadu on 21 March 2025.

The award was granted by Honourable Higher Education Minister Dr. Govi C. Chezian, recognizing the department’s excellence in innovation, academic leadership, and contributions to next-generation technology.
