ABOUT THE FDP

The primary objective of the AICTE Approved Three-Day UHV–Introductory Faculty Development Program was to orient faculty members towards the principles of Universal
Human Values (UHV) and their relevance in higher education. 

The program aimed to help participants develop clarity in understanding happiness, prosperity, harmony, and co-existence, and to explore how these values can be meaningfully integrated into teaching, professional conduct, family life, and societal engagement. Another key objective was to encourage self-exploration among faculty members, enabling them to become conscious role models for students through value-based education.
