Student misconduct may be simultaneously subject to external

legal or administrative proceedings and the University's disciplinary

system. The University is a private enclave, dedicated to a purpose

that imposes additional and special obligations, but not in conflict
with the legal-judicial structures of the general society. Therefore,

the University's disciplinary system normally will proceed

independently, notwithstanding the pendency of external formal

         and legal processes.

The Guidelines Encompass following Broad Areas:

➢ Students Ethics and Code of Conduct

             ➢ Defining Misconduct and Indiscipline

➢ Mechanism for Handling Student Misconduct

             ➢ Disciplinary Action

➢ Outcome of Disciplinary Action- Appeal/Review

             ➢ Criminal Allegations

➢ Maintaining Files on Disciplinary Action
