Amala Frank Jayaseelan, IT Software Trainer, Loyola Institute of Business Administration on the topic ‘E- Assessment’.

Faculty of Education feels elated to share the report on "Innovation and experiments in Schools" held on 05.04.2022 with 65 participants. The session was hosted by Ms.S.Jamuna, Computer Teacher, Chennai Girls Hr. Sec. School, Nungambakkam who addressed about the M-learning which is a new way to access learning content using mobile devices and continued with the benefits of virtual reality.
Faculty of Education feels so happy to share the report of the alumni seminar held on 05.04.2021 at 10.00 am, a half day event 'A Passport to International Job Prospects' by Mrs. N. Nachammai, founder DojakoLinguaaBekknun Hub for Foreign Languages.
Self-actualization is the final stage in the linear growth of an individual, which is the highest level or stage in Maslow's model of human motivation: the 'Hierarchy of Needs', so a subject lecture on ‘A Comprehensive Theory of Self-Actualization’ was handled by Dr.P. Senthamizh Pavai on 05.02.2021 at 10:00 am through Google Meet. The students were benefited through the lecture in realising the importance of self-actualization that as individuals have to possess a number of characteristics that enable them to act based solely on our personal drives and the effect of societal pressure.
]Language for Specific Purpose (LSP) is a widely applied approach to second or foreign language teaching and training that addresses immediate and very specific needs of learners who need that language as a tool in their education, training or job. In order to expose the concept of LSP to the B. Ed. students a subject lecture was facilitated by Dr.V. Anuradha, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Education was organised on 27.01.2021. The students gained knowledge about the new concept of Language for Specific Purpose.
Subject lecture was delivered on 24.1.2020 at 11.30 am in the smart classroom for I & II year B.Ed students. Dr.P.Senthamizh Pavai, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Education, Dr.MGR E&RI delivered a lecture on 'Inculcating Ethical Values'. The lecture was loaded with power drawing attention, motivation and developed self-confidence in the minds of the participants to achieve their dreams.
